Yes, they'll fit.

By far, the most common pedal thread is 9/16" x 20tpi, right-hand thread on the right pedal, left-hand thread on the left pedal. From your description, I'd be 99.9% certain that the pedals and cranks have the same thread. It's about the most universal "standard" you'll find on bikes.
