I've got a much shorter commute than you, so I've been commuting for a month, but only just got round to doing some proper 'fun' riding. I've lost 11 lbs since my last weigh in 10 months ago. Seems that a couple of months of eating better and 5 weeks on the bike seems to be having some effect.
