After doing a lot of research last year, we chose the
XPORT Flatbed 2-Bike Hitch Rack from Performance. The bikes are held firmly in place by the padded hooks and the bikes don't sway since the wheels sit into the rack, rather than hang. It's easy to set up, the materials seem to be good quality, and the price was excellent. It does not sit on the paint of the car.
