Actually on a non-silly note, I find I cannot eat anything that is fatty. Fig rolls work for me, cereal bars too. Last week I didn't have any on me so i bought a cheese and ham sandwich and an egg and bacon sandwich. I felt so nauseous I had to take a nap to let it settle before getting back on the bike.
