That is a shame but in the thing it says that "they CUT through two locks" This leads me to believe that she had some cheapo cable lock that was incredibly easy to cut through with standard bolt cutters. If this is the case, I dont understand why people have things that are so important to them secured with something so cheap. Spending 10 extra to get a D lock has made me feel so much more secure locking my Fuji up around campus
Then again, maybe she had the standard U-Lock for rear/frame and another for front/frame with one of the two connected to a solid object.
Who are we to judge simply based on her comment in the post.
