Jo's 200 K permanent is a great route. It is a lot of climbing, but it's really spread out. It was my third 200K in my quest for the R-12 award. Only 9 more to go.
Saturday I went running - 7.4 miles. It's the longest I have ever run in my life. I've only been training for this half IM tri for 4 weeks so I'm pretty pleased to be running so far. We also drove up to Guerneville to look at the tri course. The bike portion will be great - lots of rollers and curves. The run - is HILLY. I need to add more hills into my training.
