Yup, we even had a freak storm a week ago that landed us 3-6 inches and then went on to melt by 2PM.
Another Flagstaff nerd here; you here for NAU or what? Also, they are really good about plowing the roads and laying salt, I rode all winter on 23mm slicks the past couple of years and I only fell once, and that was going like 1/2 a mph in a parking lot.
