Sure, as long as its not an ultra-weight weenie hub. Keep in mind that no hubs, except for BMX hubs, are really built for tricks. You could also use a MTB front hub. But, I wouldn't build a 24 spoke front wheel if I wanted to do tricks. I'd go with at least 36, or 32 if you are a small person.
