Cycling Shorts Help

I am currently riding in unpadded lycra shorts on my Giant OCR bike. I ride between two and three hours daily. Since the hot weather has begun, I am having a problem with sweat on my rear end. This is not a problem on shorter rides, but on longer rides, the constant wetness softens the skin and causes problems. I need recommendations on cycling shorts that are good a absorbing sweat in the "sitbone" area. I don't need padding for comfort, just for sweat absorbtion. The cycling shorts that I have tried all have the padding too far forward to do me any good. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
