Hi everyone,
I bought a new bike for my girlfriend but when it was damaged in shipping. The large chain ring was bent pretty badly and the frame was damaged right around the bottom bracket.
I have to be honest. I bought the bike off ebay for a great deal but I wasn't expecting it to be damaged. Should I bring it to a LBS shop, ask for forgiveness and see what they can do? Or should I just get my money back from the ebay seller?
After looking at the pictures, what do you think about the damage? Do you think the LBS would be able to help?
