Here's the latest. I did the 55-mile, 5,000 foot Mt. Weather loop on Saturday, then again this morning. (BTW, my ass is killing me). Saturday was windy, so my time was slower than the previous one, BUT....I made it all the way up the first section of Mt. Weather (a first!) before stopping briefly and resuming the rest of the ridge climb. I still had to stop on the 2nd mountain climb, but made it further than before.

Today, it got hot and sunny, so it was good to ride in the shade when I could....but, I made it all the way up the 1st section of Mt. Weather, stopping a bit later before resuming....and made it all the way up the 2nd big climbing section without stopping at all! So, I'm definitely improving. 110 miles and 10,000 feet of climbing over the weekend......
