Bianchi
I had a Japanese Bianchi Brava from '88 or '89 with Ishiwata tubing and it was an amazing ride. In fact, it rode as nicely or better then the Italian Bianchi frames I test rode at the same shop (Peter Rich's Velo Sport in Berkeley). It's the only bike I regret selling, but I did get to put several thousand miles on it during the five years I had it. Go for it if it's still for sale.
