I just get sick of the routine when I buy something there:
"Are you a Team Performance member?"
"No."
"Would you like to join?"
"No."
"Then I need your name and address."
"No you don't, I do NOT want to get on your mailing list."
At this point, they look at me as the biggest jerk in the world, then ring up my inner tube or whatever other small part I am buying. Then I leave telling myself to go somewhere else next time, like REI where one $20 membership is good forever. (I already have one of those).
