I should've been clearer - yes I've been retrenched (traditionally a bad thing), but being as I'm sick of office life it's a good thing for me as I now have the opportunity to go and do something useful with my life - so about the only aspect of this retrenchment I'm sad about is that commuting is coming to an end.. I had mixed feelings about being a regular roadie, but I'm gradually coming to terms with it
(I really enjoy and appreciate cycling as transport, as opposed to cycling for the ride).
I'm quite seriously considering joining a kibbutz for a while and seeing if that's more for me... I've HAD IT with living in a bull***** society filled with bull***** people and ignorant zombies chasing bull***** dreams and ridiculous illusions.
Assuredly, bicycling will be in my future
