First post for me here. I'm 5'10" and sitting at 210-215 pounds. When I got out of college I was up around 265#'s, dropped most of that by changing my diet and now I'm trying to get back to what I weighed in high school when I was clydesdale distance runner (185 pounds) used for blocking at the beginning of races.
I just bought a Trek 400 Elance off CL, I think its a 1987 that I'm going to use for both for exercise and commuting since I'm moving in July, cutting my commute from 50 miles to 5 round trip.
