What is a good commute route to use to get from outer sunset to 20th st and 3rd street in Potrero Hill via bike?
I know I can take the N train to Church and then take the 22 bus to the end of the line if I use Muni, but the route that the 22 takes is not one I would want to ride every day.
I plotted this route but I am not familiar with the areas I'm going through. I know that I can expect tons of traffic on 16th st though so I would rather avoid it. Also the portion where it shows the route going north on 4th AVE, I know I can go on 3rd and use the bike path in GG Park to Page St but Google Maps doesn't let me do that since it's car routes.
I have never biked anywhere east of GG of the eastern end of GG park not including the Panhandle. I've been throughout Sunset, Richmond, Ingleside, etc, but never crossed town like this so I'm not sure what I'm getting into. I know about the wiggle and that's in the route already.
