Because when I take out the bolts on any bike out of the box, they are loctited? A bike which has a generic manual that covers all their models is going to include something as specific to pertain to crank bolts?

The same manual that says riding at night is dangerous and should not be done?

Loctited bolts implies that manufacturers must also include with it documentation and 'material'? How does one arrive at this conclusion?
