Those are letters, no numbers. In Russian. It's a bit hard to explain, but I'll try. There's a automaker in Russia called "GAZ". Nothing to do with gasoline, it's an abbreviation from "Gorkovskiy Avtomobilniy Zavod" (Gorkov Auto Plant).
Anyway, over the course of years people nicknamed those cars as "gazon". That's written on that car. I found it funny because it's written on the side of Nissan Murano (or similar European model)
