1. What type of bikes do 50+ folks ride?
'04 Specialized Sequoia, '84 Specialized Expedition set up for touring, '84 Trek 400, '84 Bridgestone 400

2. Do you take any special supplements/vitamins/minerals as you have grown older?
No.

3. How much do you feel you have "slowed down" if any?
I seem to be getting better. I dropped about 15 lbs last winter to get down to 155 at 5' 11' and have much more energy on the bike and better stamina and power. The last 3-4 years have been more enjoyable even though I haven't taken any tours to spice up my summer.

4. How long have you been biking? New, around a while, biked all your life?
All my life with a drop after college until about 30.

5. What type of biking do you do? Long rides, touring, short rec rides.
Mainly 25 - 45 mile rides but I love to tour when I can. I've done a number of tours in WI and MN, a Cycle America Glacier/Rockies tour, the MOOSA ride, and along the OR coast.

6. How often do you bike? Your approximate annual mileage?
Two or three times on a good week. I set a goal of 1000 miles a year and have hit it all but one of the last 18 years. My lifetime total just went past the earth's circumference this year. (what makes bikers such mileage junkies?)

Perhaps you might indicate your age on your reply??
