Well, been commuting for a month now, but have missed some days. I am down about 8lbs to 242, from 250 (also, I am 5'11''). I have a 10 mile commute each way, and I have been trying to cap my calorie intaketo make sure that I am running a net deficit. Also, I have eliminated soda drinks and as much processed stuff as possible. My primary goal is sub-225, ideally 210 by the end of the year.
