No, and I doubt they will even become very popular. A single 8" disc brake up front is more then enough braking power. Plus dual rotors and calipers ad's weight and no forks are set up for two calipers. Although they could be made, so would special hubs and it could get expensive.

I have seen some pictures too but its overkill. IMO.
