I have Deda shallow 215 (same as Newton shallows except for diameter) and I'm very happy with them. I lost about 10 mm of drop - only about a cm, but it is much more comfortable, and I prefer the classic round curve. Eastons, Bontrager, Oval and Ritchey and others make bars with similar drop. For shallower, check out FSA compact and Bontrager Fit VR which are in the 120-125 mm range.
The Ritchey Biomax II has a drop around 127 or 130 mm, real shallow. The Noodle is more like 140. I like my Bio except that the anatomic grip section is highly bowed up, and the hand position that dictates is pretty far from the brake lever. My reach will be better when I change back to a Noodle. I use Ergopower BTW.
