Numbness, ahem...

Hey all, I'm 6'3" 260 and have recently started cycling to get back in shape. The goal is 215 before my wife delivers our first kid in October. I'm riding a Surly Steamroller fixed gear, and really like it. The challenge that I'm having is a bit personal, but I figured this would be a good place to start.

I guess I'll just come out and say it, after riding for 7-10 miles, my "manhood" is numb for a bit. I've never had this problem on my mountain bike, but I was slimmer then too. I'm guessing the saddle is the culprit because the darn thing is super small, and super hard. I was looking at the Specialized saddles to swap out, but what say you????
