This assumes shifters will be the same weight, as the Alfine tap shifter is available for the Nexus. Take the opportunity to move to lighter tyres, grips, seat, etc and reduce the variance to just a few hundred grams.
Also include lighter stem, handlebar, brake levers, brake calipers, seat post, Stelvios/Primos, titanium skewers/bolts/clamps/bottle cage...etc...you can have a real weight weanie of a Tikit. Stuff you can get second hand on ebay.
I wonder if Bike Friday will ever come out with Titanium forks, and a rear triangle - it may shave only a few grams but the bling factor would be
