I get it from the Road Heat. Used to get it doing security patrols of parking lots. Tried back then using knee high socks. That didn't help. No Pain, itching or swelling.

I did a 50 miler Friday in this heat and when I got back, you could fry an egg on my feet. I can't wait for winter
