cycling class week deux

Well, this week we worked on cadents. I finally figured out how to use the gears properly so I wasn't mashing. The first ride last week was only 8 miles and it about killed me, I was exausted, all because I was mashing. However, this week after telling us how to use the gears and maintain cadence by properly using gears, the 14 miles we rode was not that difficult. Oh and once again, other than one of the trainers, I was the only guy there

I highly recommend that if you have a club near you, look into any training classes they may have.
