doing the 100 pushup challenge isn't the only work out that people will be doing, I for one will be doing it and I am also training for a triathlon, only an olympic, but still a triathlon. I can't do 100 straight, I can do about 35-40 without a break and then more if I do pause with my arms extended, but I want to be able to do 100 straight. Push ups are a great exercise you should be doing them nightly anyways, this is just a fun way to train.
