You'd think that the city could use his passing as a great public service push to build the bikeway again. That would be a great way to honor his memory and instill civic pride by becoming a treasured icon within the community.

What a way to make all their residents happy (bikes off some roads for cars, safe trail for bikes) and honor a quirky, but inspired man!
