I've been increasing my mileage over the past few months, and I've lost about 10 pounds. But now I'm down to 150 and I don't want to lose any more! I'm actually a little worried about this because I'm naturally kinda skinny, and in college I was actually once all the way down to 125 pounds
(I'm male, 5 feet 9 inches).
I gotta think I won't get near that weight, but I ought watch it.
