A 10 foot drop is the equivalent of a 5 foot drop 2 years ago. Nothing.
IMO, racing is the only way you're gunna get sponsored unless you start getting good enough to ride in some demos of some kind. I think the biggest question I have is, why do you want to be sponsored? If you're not racing, costs just to ride arent THAT much. Free bikes would be cool, yeah, but unless you're going to make a company money by riding theirs, I wouldnt expect any money any time soon.
