Raleigh 20 - which bars?

As you can see in the first picture below, my R20 seat comes up to about the same height as my Downtube IXFS seat, and the bars are at the same height too. Trouble is, the Downtube gives me a nice stretched out riding position, the R20, much more upright. I could put flat bars on the R20, but they'd be lower (the stem is not as high, and they have no rise). Alternately, I could get some original R20 style risers, but they look a bit old lady, or I could stick with the giant cowhorns (see other pic) which look awesome, but have me sat up really straight. I've never been able to remove grips non-destructively, so I'll need to make a very careful choice.....
