Corn Broth
We just had this and it's awesome:
- Cut the kernels off of corn on the cob
- Bring water to a boil (a cup of liquid per cob)
- When the water starts to boil, add the corn, boil for 5 minutes
- When the broth is finished, add a tiny amount of the corn kernels and chopped tomatos
- Enjoy!
