Thanks for the encouragement . I fit both the 50+ and the Clyde categories(57 yrs and 215 lbs, down from 240+). I really enjoy my morning rides before the heat sets in. I feel better than I have in years . I'll do a short ride tomorrow , and try for the 25 on Thursday . kirby
