Ride 26 - Recovery ride for whom?
hey hey hey, Off on Ride 26 - A great group ride in Decatur & Stone Mountain by a Womens Group - Sorellas. I rode again - was last -but had a great time. This is the supposed Recovery Ride....not for me. I just work my butt off (hopefully literally) just keeping up! So who's recovery ride? I guess it was for the women that rode in the triathalon this weekend. I am hoping that as I lose weight I will get faster!
Anyway time was 1:17:11 for 17.69 miles (13.8 mph)
(same Ride as last week Ride 21 which was 13.5 avg mph)
