Been a cyclist right along... just started riding more (my 4 mile RT commute wasn't really cutting the mustard). I'm 6'2", 28 years old and started out at 245 lbs in November when I started doing Crossfit

I cut most of the sugar out of my diet (no soda and very few sugary drinks, including fruit juice) and cut back on the carbohydrates in general. I'm down 35lbs (which definitely doesn't account for gained muscle mass) and hoping to get sub 200 lbs. Haven't been tracking my caloric intake just exercising like mad (gym 3-5 times a week, riding for transportation every weekday and for fun 2-4 times a week) and changing my eating habits for the better. I think I've plateaued too but I'm not entirely sure, I would definitely like to take off another 10-15 lbs.
