removing cable stays
I am wondering about cutting(?) off some cable stays, will it compromise the integrity of the frame? I have the frame stripped of paint and the stays are on the underside of my top tube, they look to be braized on, I think. Does anyone have any suggestions for removal? Thanks. Is this the correct place to be asking this? As you can see I am new to the forum and unfamiliar with standard operating procedure.
