Had to go to VA Beach for a technician's class and was hating the thought of being off my bike for a week. Found out there was a gym with stationary bikes at the hotel so I figured I'd at least do some miles that way. NEVER AGAIN!!! I'm glad someone can do it, just isn't right for me.
Stick the stationary bike in front of a big screen TV and run your favorite "mindless action/war movies" or anything else thats fast-paced enough to draw your attention to it :-)
