The other thing I'd point out is that the road quality is pretty poor throughout. There are a lot of cracks and bumps throughout.
You forgot to add a winking smiley after saying you "didn't encounter one car." Well of course you won't encounter another car, cuz you're going the same direction as they would be!

Tuna is pretty harsh for descending, for sure. Of course, on the way up, you don't feel any bumps because you're only going maybe 5 mph
