I have a Specialized Globe hybrid and had the same issues with my hands. I bought some gloves last weekend and it helped alleviate alot of that.
I think I want to change the ergonimic grips out at some point and add some bar ends for some positioning choices, since I dont have the lower bar end option that road bike riders have.
