It turns out that I had the limit screw set correctly. It was me tweaking around with the indexing screw on the headtube that prevented the FD from reaching all the way out so that top gear didn't rub. I am reviewing the Park Website service information now. I will be reviewing the Shimano instruction sheets for the front derailleur and the triple front shifter.
