I was at the Hotter N Hell this past weekend and took my bike to the Shimano support truck for them to look at it. They only spent a couple of minutes with it since there were a million people there but the Shimano wrench was at a loss. Since both the chain and cables are new, I'm starting to wonder if there is a defect in the shifter. Has anyone had any problems with 10-speed Ultegra shifters like this?
