I bike whenever I can, I hate taking the bus ( the loser cruiser) I hope no one is offended by that remark, If so I aplogize, mostly everywhere I need to go I can cycle, but I usually take the bus to sporting events, so that I don't have to leave my bike unattended for long periods of time where I can't see it, and also if I will be drinking, i may not be able to cycle home, so a bus would be the best for me in that situation.
