Judging by the looks of the rim in the background I'm guessing this is a road bike.

Along with that the dent is on a tube where the primary load is a tensile one so there's very little risk of any weakening due to the dent being in a manner that will matter. If that dent was on a seat stay tube I'd say the compressive forces at work there would mean that this dent is serious but being on a chain stay where the tube is being stretched it's a minor issue at most and likely not a factor at all as long as cracking of the metal doesn't start up at some point.

Mind you any buyer would expect to get the bike for the same sort of deal that you got. It's a very noticable dent and most folks would see this as a frame that is ready to fall apart and would pretty much discount the frame as being just something to hold the parts together until they get home. So if you bought the bike just to resell I think you're not going to make enough out of it to be worth the trouble.
