i'm about 2 miles from burbank airport. you could stash the box at my place. if the timing's right i might even be able to pick you up from the airport.
shermer is a great guy, he comes out on the tuesday and thursday morning rides that happen in the burbank/glendale area. i also took a class from him on evolution in college about 20 years ago.
