Good question; I ride using an undershirt that should keep your body dry. I don't experience what I expected it to do. The shirt should pass on the sweat towards the shirt I am wearing over it. After a ride both shirts are wet. Probably because the under shirt is made of a sort of nylon it does not really store the sweat, however the effect I notice is almost nil. Wet all over...
