I use the smaller size Bento Box and it easily fits my cell phone, ID, and some cash; I clip my pepper spray onto the side when I carry it. They also make a larger Bento Box also.
BTW - they come in plain black - mine have been slightly 'embellished'.
(My other Bento Box has parrots on it).
