I recently read another post that said that training/racing/high-intensity lowers testosterone levels.
Dozens of hormones ebb and flow with periods or work rest, youth and old age.

Any periods of stress can reduce healthy levels of hormones. Old age naturally lowers certain hormones. Supplementing hormones is safe in some situations and can be beneficial.

However, there are consequences to trying to "jack up" hormone levels artificially. Only you, your doctor and a series of blood tests can determine whether your "benefits" would out weigh any risks.

AS others have mentioned, this all sounds pretty gay, start dress shopping.......
