Well you were riding at night, probably near bars etc, at night which itself is something most ordinary folks don't do, and fell over, causing suspicion in the officer's eyes, and then you took a breath test and were proven legally drunk, and since you were piloting your bicycle while drunk you were certainly DUI, and you should quit complaining and consider yourself lucky you only got some citation and not a regular dui. The cops that give you **** do so for a reason, so don't just complain about being picked on, makes you sound even more pathetic.
