I agree. But I thought it was worth posting for its amusement value.

Almost as amusing is "Caleb" at alt.support.diet. For nearly the past decade he's embarked on "100 day diets", ultra low calorie diets to crash down for some event. A sample menu from last year:

140 oatmeal
300 cup noodles
250 chili
300 cup noodles
300 ½ tuna sandwich

Left foot tendonitis is better but foot is still a bit tender, so no
walking for exercise. I'm drinking more water today.

I ate an extra cup of noodles at home because I was home early in the
afternoon waiting for the clothes dryer repair person.

At this calorie rate, I will lose about 15 pounds a month.
