Last November I couldn't believe it when the scale read 213! I thought I was "fat but fit", but heavy breathing after walking a flight of stairs told me otherwise.
It turned out to be a great xx-ski season here in WI and I put many miles on for the first time in years (decades?). That turned right into regular biking as soon as the roads were clear. I "weigh in" every Wed and last week I was at 178 - no longer technically overweight!
I fear the fall, though, when it'll get to crummy to ride.
